According to the restructuring draft, the total debt of the 38 Suning companies is 238.73 billion yuan. Among them, the total amount of claims determined through preliminary review by the manager was 18.070 billion yuan; there were also suspended claims of 28.259 billion yuan; and undeclared claims of 22.401 billion yuan. Among the claims determined in the preliminary review, asset security claims were $97.120 billion, tax claims amounting to $4.481 billion, and ordinary claims of $86.468 billion. Of the claims suspended, ordinary claims accounted for the largest share, totaling 17.014 billion yuan.
