Ukrainian President Zelensky stated in a post on social media, “We are working with the US to develop a step-by-step action plan — our strategy is to move forward step by step, clarifying when and how to finalize and coordinate arrangements with partners. First, we plan to hold a meeting at the national security adviser level in the next few days. Defense Minister Umerov has contacted advisors from the US and European countries, and it is expected that this meeting will be held in Ukraine. The parties will then complete the preparation of all documents at the advisory level, after which an expanded meeting at the European leaders' level will be held. The participants include Ukraine and the “Alliance of Wills +” countries. The relevant conference has entered the preparatory stage. I began discussions on this immediately after my meeting with President Trump. I have already communicated with French President Emmanuel Macron and many other partners, and will continue to advance negotiations. The conference will finalize leader-level documents and pave the way for meetings with President Trump and European leaders. The parties are seriously pushing for the relevant meetings to be held within January next year. After that, if everything goes according to plan, we will hold talks with Russia in an appropriate format. We are open to all types of dialogue that have already been discussed.”
