Professor Shi Donghui, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a respective member of the Company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee; and 2. Professor Dong Jing, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a respective member of the Company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.
