Elegant Optics (00907) has submitted a written request to review the suspension decision

Zhitong Finance App News, Gao Ya Optics (00907) issued an announcement regarding the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Listing Division (SEHK)'s decision to suspend trading of the Company's shares in accordance with section 6.01 (3) of the Stock Exchange Listing Rules (Listing Rules) because the Company failed to maintain a sufficient level of business operation as stipulated in section 13.24 of the Listing Rules to ensure the continued listing of its shares (the decision). On December 29, 2025, after seeking professional advice, the Company submitted a written request to forward the decision to the Stock Exchange Review Committee for review (review) in accordance with section 2B.08 (1) of the Listing Rules.
