The Zhitong Finance App learned that the Hong Kong Stock Prospectus submitted by Siwei Zhilian (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Siwei Zhilian) on June 27 expired on December 27 after 6 months. CITIC Securities was the sole sponsor at the time of submission.

According to the previous prospectus, Siwei Zhilian is a leading supplier of smart cockpit solutions in China, famous for its outstanding innovative software development capabilities and comprehensive product coverage from end to cloud. According to Frost & Sullivan, in 2024, the company ranked 10th among all domestic first-class smart cockpit solution providers, accounting for 0.1% of the market share, and ranked third among the world's software-driven first-class suppliers in China, while the company ranked second in the country in terms of service volume of integrated cabin solutions.
