Guangzhou Port announced that in order to further meet the growing cargo throughput needs of the Nansha Port area, better respond to regional market competition, accelerate the improvement of port area service capacity, and adapt to the intelligent development trend of the port area, the company plans to intelligently transform the Guangzhou Port Nansha Port International General Terminal Project currently under construction, with a total investment estimated at 2.353 billion yuan, and Guangzhou Nansha International General Terminal Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, is responsible for the construction and operation of the project.
