Guodian Electric Power announced that Beijing Guodian Electric Power, the holding subsidiary of the company, will transfer 35% of the shares of Guoneng Jiangsu New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. held by China Energy Group New Energy Co., Ltd. under a non-disclosure agreement. Using December 31, 2024 as the evaluation reference date, the corresponding valuation value of 35% of Jiangsu New Energy's shares is RMB 282 million, which is intended to be the consideration for this equity transaction. After the transaction is completed, Jiangsu New Energy will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Guodian Electric Power.
