Huade Petrochemical, a subsidiary of Sinopec Guande (00934), signed a fire service agreement with Sinopec Henan Petroleum Exploration Bureau

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Sinopec Guande (00934) announced that Huade Petrochemical, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, signed a fire service agreement with Sinopec Henan Petroleum Exploration Bureau on December 29, 2025. Sinopec Henan Petroleum Exploration Bureau agreed to provide fire service for Huade Petrochemical's daily operation.

Huade Petrochemical is engaged in petroleum handling and storage services. Related petroleum products are flammable and explosive. In order to ensure safe operation, Huade Petrochemical needs to appoint a professional fire fighting team with expertise in the petrochemical industry to carry out fire protection work.
