Earlier, it was disclosed that the company plans to acquire 51% of the shares of Zhongke Huilian held by existing shareholders through cash. The parties to this transaction failed to reach a consensus on the core terms of the transaction, and the company recently received a “letter” from the shareholders of the target company to terminate the acquisition.
