According to information posted by Roscosmos on social media platforms, at 16:18 Moscow time on the 28th, the Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket carrying 52 satellites took off from the Oriental Space Launch Site in Amur Oblast in the Russian Far East. The satellites all entered the scheduled orbit, with a total launch time of 5 hours.
