On December 25, 2025, the subleasing party Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company signed a sublease agreement with Vietnam Polytech (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company). According to this, (including) Vietnam Rikuwo agreed to sublease the land located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, along with its adjoining water area. The infrastructure fee is approximately VND 1539.503 million (equivalent to approximately HK$455.7 million).
