The Russian Ministry of Defense said today that from last night to early this morning, the Russian military used land-based, air-based, and sea-based long-range high-precision weapons, including “Dagger” hypersonic ballistic missiles and drones, to carry out large-scale attacks on energy infrastructure targets used by the Ukrainian military and Ukrainian military industry consortium enterprises in response to Ukraine's attack on civilian facilities in Russia. The Ukrainian side said that starting early this morning local time, the Russian military launched large-scale air raids on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv and other places. Kyiv Mayor Klitschko said that 28 people have been injured as a result of the Russian military attack on Kyiv city.
