The National Data Administration issued a notice requesting “Opinions on Cultivating Data Circulation Service Agencies to Accelerate the Market-based Validation of Data Elements” from the public: by the end of 2029, the capacity of data circulation service agencies will be significantly improved, circulation and transaction forms will be more diverse, data products and services will be richer, the will of various entities to supply and use data will continue to increase, and the level of data circulation and utilization of the whole society will increase markedly.
