On December 25, 2025, Sunwoda Dynamics, a subsidiary of the company, received litigation materials such as a civil complaint and notice of response from the Ningbo Intermediate People's Court of Zhejiang Province (Case No.: (2025) Zhejiang 02 Minchu No. 1870). The plaintiff, Weirui Electric Vehicle Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., filed a lawsuit claiming that the batteries delivered by defendant Sunwoda Dynamics to the plaintiff between June 2021 and December 2023 had quality problems and caused losses to the plaintiff. The amount involved was 2,314 billion yuan.
