Jinten Futures, December 26, the Guangzhou Stock Exchange announced that recently, a group of 5 customers suspected of not declaring an actual control relationship in accordance with regulations, and that the number of open trades in contracts related to lithium carbonate futures exceeded the transaction limits set by the exchange. According to Article 30 of the “Guangzhou Futures Exchange Risk Management Measures” and other relevant regulations, the exchange decided to take supervisory measures to limit the opening of positions for 3 months against the above customers.
