In May 2024, Dehou Yuntong filed a shareholder representative lawsuit with the Beijing Haidian District People's Court in a dispute over liability damage to the company's interests, demanding that the controlling shareholder Xu Jiang and the company stop the infringement and pay compensation for financial losses from Beijing Zhonglian Runtong Information Technology Co., Ltd. Recently, the parties reached a settlement on related disputes. The Beijing Haidian District People's Court issued a “Civil Mediation Letter”, and plaintiff Dehou Yuntong dropped all lawsuits in this case. The lawsuit had no impact on the company's profit or loss.
