The Longyan Municipal State-owned Assets Administration Commission plans to transfer 4.37% of its shares in Longyan Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. to Zijin Nantou at a transfer price of 398 million yuan. After this matter is completed, the controlling shareholders and actual controllers of the company will not substantially change as a result. The Longyan State-owned Assets Administration Commission is still the actual controller of the Investment Development Group, the Investment Development Group and the company.
