The Zhitong Finance App learned that the National Energy Administration released the national renewable energy green electricity certificate issuance and transaction data. In November 2025, the National Energy Administration issued 258 million green certificates, involving 509,700 renewable energy power generation projects, of which 150 million green certificates can be traded, accounting for 58.25%. The amount of renewable energy issued in the current period in October 2025 corresponds to 225 million green certificates, accounting for 87.17%. From January to November 2025, the National Energy Administration issued a total of 2,736 billion green certificates, of which 1,743 billion green certificates can be traded.

In November 2025, 132 million green certificates were traded nationwide, of which 25.39 million were green electricity transactions. From January to November 2025, a total of 728 million green certificates were traded nationwide, of which 228 million green power certificates were traded.
