Longgao Co., Ltd. announced that on December 26, 2025, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Longyan Municipal People's Government and Zijin Mining Group Southern Investment Co., Ltd. signed an “Equity Transfer Contract”. The Longyan State-owned Assets Administration Commission plans to transfer 4.37% of its shares in Longyan Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. to Zijin Nantou at a transfer price of RMB 398 million. The contract stipulated that Zijin Nantou shall pay the full share transfer amount to Longyan Property Exchange Center Co., Ltd. within five working days from the effective date of the contract.
