According to the public tender notice, China Exploration Corporation's Hong Kong H-share IPO intermediary service (financial printer selection and recruitment) project requires that bidders have at least 3 years of service experience (providing letters of commitment) to provide Hong Kong stock listed companies with the production, layout, translation and printing of announcements, circulars, annual reports, ESG reports, etc. required for daily operations; in terms of performance, they must have from January 1, 2022 (subject to the time shown in the prospectus). The bidders have successfully provided financial printing services for 2 (including 2) Hong Kong stock listed companies.

According to data, China Exploration Corporation is an important holding subsidiary of Anhui Huaihai Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Anhui Provincial State-owned Assets Administration Commission. The company has a registered capital of 101.6947 million yuan, with nearly 600 employees, of which professional and technical personnel account for 34%, and has more than 100 registered engineers of various types, including first-class structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, and first-class builders.
