On December 26, several highways in Anhui ushered in new developments. Three highways, including the Wuwei to Anqing section of the Nanjing-Jiujiang Expressway, the Bozhou section of the Xuhuai-Fu Expressway, and the Guonan Interchange to Mengcheng Shuangjian section of the Bo-Meng Expressway, were opened to traffic on the same day. The total mileage of the three highways exceeded 216 kilometers. Of these three highways, two are located in northern Anhui and one is in the Wanjiang region.
