We must take good care of “major priorities”, that is, investigate and rectify major hidden risks; improve hierarchical training mechanisms, dispatch and inspection mechanisms; focus on safety control of major risk sources, improve online and offline safety supervision systems, and strictly upgrade control on holidays; focus on safety precautions during key periods to strengthen duty, consultation and scheduling, and safety and security for major events; focus on special management of outstanding issues in key areas, focusing on the seven outstanding issues involved in bridge-related wading. We must take good care of active weather prevention, highlight early warning and response, focus on prevention, read the six-character formula of “response, inspection, and control”, refine implementation plans, strengthen training for all staff, and strictly implement responsibilities. It is necessary to strengthen basic intrinsic safety capabilities. Improve the digital and intelligent control capabilities of production safety, the safety and resilience of facilities and equipment, the safety literacy of workers, and improve production safety system standards.
