Xinlong Health announced that Litian Development Co., Ltd., the shareholder holding 41.64% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by 3.662,400 shares through centralized bidding or bulk transactions within 90 consecutive calendar days after the announcement disclosure date, that is, January 21, 2026 to April 20, 2026, to no more than 1% of the company's total share capital; its current holding of 153 million shares. The reduced holdings are based on the shares obtained by the company before the initial public offering in 2006. The reduced holdings will be determined by reference to the market price.
