The Xidong industrial sewage treatment project implemented by the company failed to guarantee the normal operation and investment income requirements of the project for three consecutive months due to the sewage treatment fees collected by the company from the park's sewage disposal companies, triggering the project repurchase agreement in the “Xidong Industrial Sewage Treatment Project Franchise Agreement” signed by all parties in 2023. The relevant parties recently signed the “Xidong Industrial Sewage Treatment Project Franchise Termination Agreement”. The franchise termination date is March 31, 2025. According to the “Termination Agreement”, the Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee designated Wuxi Yunlong Park Construction and Development Co., Ltd. to fulfill the repurchase obligation. The relevant parties will separately sign the “Xidong Industrial Sewage Treatment Project Repurchase Agreement”.
