CNPC Engineering announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary China Petroleum Pipeline Administration Engineering Co., Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary CPPeltd. A consortium formed with CITIC Construction Co., Ltd. signed an EPC contract with the Kazakh National Petroleum and Gas Chemical Company for the EPC project for the single-corridor ethane propane main line pipeline EPC project in Atyrau, Kazakhstan, with a contract amount of US$424 million. The project construction period is 36 months after the notice of commencement of construction is issued. The warranty period starts from the date the project acceptance certificate is issued, and the period is 36 months.
