Guosheng Technology announced that recently, Anhui Guosheng New Energy, Shenzhen Zengxin, and Jiangxi Xinhui each signed an “Entrusted Guarantee Agreement” and applied for a quality guarantee of 36.2515 million yuan. Jiangsu Guosheng Shi'an provided it with a counterguarantee guarantee to the above two parties. This guarantee is within the guarantee amount reviewed and approved by the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, and there is no need for further review. As of the announcement date, the total external guarantees of the Company and its holding subsidiaries were $1.44 billion, accounting for 166.69% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees.
