However, in departments that achieve 20 salary early this year, employees with annual performance B+ can get a year-end bonus of 8 times the monthly salary, that is, 20 salaries for the whole year. Annual performance A+ will directly receive a 12 times year-end bonus, and 24 salaries for the whole year. JD procurement will achieve an average salary of 25 this year, with no cap.
