Alinma Retail REIT Decides Against Contract Renewal with Retail Real Estate Co

12:59 AM EST, 12/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alinma Retail REIT (SASE:4345) decided not to renew its property management agreement with Retail Real Estate Co, according to a Thursday release. The contract, which will expire on Jan. 6, 2026, covers the Saudi Arabia-based Almakkan Malls in Hafar Al-Batin, Al-Dawadmi, and Tabuk, as well as the Signature property in Riyadh. The real estate investment traded fund's fund manager, Alinma Capital, noted that property management operations of the locations are already being transferred to Top Place Co.
