The notice points out that by 2027, efforts will be made to achieve broad and deep integration of artificial intelligence with the six major key areas, the penetration rate of next-generation smart terminals and smart devices meets national requirements, the core industries of the intelligent economy are beginning to take shape, the application effectiveness of artificial intelligence in public governance has improved markedly, and the open cooperation system of artificial intelligence will continue to improve. More than 30 typical application scenarios and more than 30 high-quality data sets have been formed, and more than 10 “artificial intelligence+” innovation platforms, more than 5 major industry models, more than 5 data labeling industrial bases, and more than 2 digital industry clusters supporting the application of artificial intelligence have been built. By 2030, artificial intelligence will fully empower our province's high-quality development, and the smart economy will become a new growth pole for our province's economic development, promoting technological inclusion and sharing of achievements. By 2035, we will simultaneously enter a new stage of intelligent economy and intelligent social development with the whole country, and artificial intelligence will be deeply integrated into all fields of the economy and society.
