Hongye Futures announced that Soho Zhongshan, the controlling shareholder's concerted action, reduced the shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholders and those acting in concert, and did not touch on the proposed acquisition. As of December 24, Soho Zhongshan reduced its holdings of 586.072 million H shares through centralized bidding, at an average price of HK$3.42 per share. After the change, the total shareholding of Soho Holdings and other shareholders fell to 504 million shares, and their share fell from 50.58% to 50%, hitting the integer multiples of 5% and 1%. This change will not change the controlling shareholders and actual controllers, nor will it affect corporate governance and operations. The Soho Zhongshan holdings reduction plan has not been implemented.
