The GAC Group announced that the board of directors recently received a “letter of resignation” from Deputy General Manager Zheng Heng. Due to personal physical reasons, he applied to resign as Deputy General Manager. He left office on December 23, 2025. The original term ended on March 27, 2028, and no longer held any position in the company after his resignation. Zheng Heng has no unfulfilled public promises, and his departure will not affect the normal production and operation of the company.
