China People's Insurance Group (01339): Gao Tian was appointed as the company's agent to accept delivery of legal process documents in Hong Kong

According to Zhitong Finance App News, China People's Insurance Group (01339) announced that with effect from December 24, 2025, Ms. Gao Tian was appointed to replace Mr. Ou Lizhi as an agent to accept and deliver legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong in accordance with section 19A.13 (2) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws).
