Crimson Tide Receives Contract Termination Notice from Customer

The process management software company is in "constructive" talks with the retail customer for transition strategies, adding that it will initiate measures to minimize the impact of the termination. The contract corresponds to 12% of the group's annual recurring revenue for fiscal years 2025 and 2026. The break clause becomes effective on March 31, 2026.
