Recently, the Supreme People's Procuratorate released a number of typical cases of procuratorial authorities normalizing the fight against blackmail and evil. In terms of characterizing black-related crimes, this batch of cases insisted on strict compliance with the law and seeking truth from facts; they were neither artificially promoted nor arbitrarily demoted; in determining the hierarchy and scope of the members of the organization, they insisted on not omission or complacency, and accurately distinguished organizers, leaders, key members, active participants, and ordinary participants. Typical cases in this batch include the case of Wang and others organizing, leading, and participating in a mafia organization; the case of Tao Mubin and others organizing, leading, and participating in a mafia organization; the case of a criminal gang with criminal forces such as Shun Mujiao and others; and the criminal gang case of Yao and others.
