Aptamer Group Signs Optimer Binder Licensing Deal with Alphazyme

07:04 AM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aptamer Group (APTA.L) signed a nonexclusive licensing agreement with specialty enzymes production company Alphazyme for an enzyme-modulating Optimer used in hot-start polymerase chain reaction and next-generation sequencing applications. The British synthetic binders developer said Tuesday the deal, which grants Alphazyme worldwide rights, includes royalties on product sales, milestone payments, and a supply agreement for the manufacturing of the Optimer binder for the US-based company.
