COFCO Jiajiakang (01610): Wu Haojun appointed as non-executive director

According to Zhitong Finance App, COFCO Jiajiakang (01610) announced that since December 23, 2025, Mr. Chen Zhigang has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company and is no longer a member of the Food Safety Committee; Mr. Wu Haojun has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company; and Mr. Wang Guoxin has been appointed as a member of the Food Safety Committee.
