China Huaxing (00485) completed the issuance of a total of 42 million subscribed shares

It was implemented on December 23, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. According to the subscription agreement, a total of 42 million subscribed shares (accounting for about 16.48% of the company's expanded issued share capital through allotment and issuance of subscribed shares) have been allocated and issued by the company to the subscribers at the subscription price of HK$0.30 per subscription share.
