According to the Zhitong Finance App, Sinochem Fertilizer (00297) issued an announcement regarding matters relating to Syngenta Hong Kong (the Company's direct controlling shareholder before the transfer) plans to transfer 3,699 billion shares (accounting for about 52.65% of the total issued share capital of the Company at the date of this announcement) to Sinochem Hong Kong at nominal cost. The transfer was completed on December 23, 2025. After completing the transfer, Sinochem Hong Kong became the direct controlling shareholder of the Company, holding 3,699 billion shares (accounting for approximately 52.65% of the total issued share capital of the Company on the date of this announcement).
