Urban Construction Design (01599) proposes to appoint Zhang Pengchao as a non-executive director

Due to job changes, Ms. Shi Huaxin proposed to the Company to resign as a non-executive director of the Company on December 23, 2025, effective from the date the Company's shareholders' meeting elected a new non-executive director.

The board meeting held on December 23, 2025 passed a relevant resolution recommending the appointment of Mr. Zhang Pengchao as a non-executive director of the Company. The appointment of Mr. Zhang Pengchao as a non-executive director is effective until the shareholders approve it by means of an ordinary resolution at the shareholders' meeting of the Company.
