*Hengli Shipbuilding, a subsidiary of ST Songfa (603268.SH), signed 8 ship construction contracts

Zhitong Finance App News, *ST Songfa (603268.SH) announced that the 8 ship construction contracts for the company's subsidiary Hengli Shipbuilding (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (“Hengli Shipbuilding”) were signed and entered into force on December 23, 2025. The total contract amount is approximately US$500-800 million.

The normal execution of the above contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company's future performance, help improve the company's medium- to long-term market competitiveness and profitability, and further consolidate the company's competitive advantage in the market.
