Nordic Real Estate Company Castellum Divests Seven Properties

The transactions include office, warehouse, and retail properties with a rental value of 52 million kronor, according to a Tuesday release. The real estate company finalized the closing of six properties during the fourth quarter of 2025, while the last will be vacated in the first quarter of 2026.
