Proximar Seafood Extends JA Mitsui Leasing's Loan

02:42 AM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Proximar Seafood (PROXI.OL) secured an extension to its loan from JA Mitsui Leasing, pushing the maturity date to Dec. 24, 2026, from Dec. 30, 2025. The Norwegian land-based salmon farming company also increased the loan by an additional 750 million Japanese yen to 1.50 billion yen. Grieg Kapital will continue to act as guarantor for the loan with JA Mitsui Leasing.
