Cell Impact Targets Up to SEK38 Million via Rights Issue

01:42 AM EST, 12/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cell Impact (CI.ST) said Monday it plans to raise 38.3 million kronor via a rights issue, with proceeds earmarked for a bridge loan repayment and working capital. Shareholders as of Feb. 4, 2026, will be entitled to obtain one subscription right for one share held for 0.13 krona apiece. The Swedish hydrogen fuel cell flow plate maker noted that the offer will run from Feb. 6-20, 2026. The company noted that it had already received commitments for 60% of the offer. Additionally, the company obtained a short-term loan worth 12 million kronor from Fenja Capital I, which will be used for working capital until the end of the fundraiser.
