Neinor Homes Launches Offer to Buy Remaining Shares in Aedas Homes

08:38 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Neinor Homes (HOME.MC) said Monday it launched a follow-on offering to acquire the remaining 20.8% stake in fellow property developer Aedas Homes (AEDAS.MC) at 24 euros per share, or a total of 218.1 million euros. The Spanish residential developer, through Neinor DMP BidCo, already secured a 79.2% ownership in Aedas Homes under its initial voluntary tender offer. The effectiveness of the offer, which does not require delisting Aedas Homes, is not subject to any condition, Neinor Homes noted.
