Entra Finalizes NOK845 Million Sale of Norwegian Office Property

07:40 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Entra (ENTRA.OL) concluded the sale of a 15,500-square-meter office property in Norway to the Norwegian Broadcasting Corp. and E C Dahls Eiendom in separate deals. The property developer said Monday it sold the Trondheim-based property in the Holtermanns veg 1-13 project for a total gross property value of 845 million Norwegian kroner.
