Shenzhen Sanda A announced that CLP Financial Investment, the company's shareholder, received approval from the State Council's State-owned Assets Administration Commission forwarded by China Electronics and agreed that CLP Financial Investment would transfer 11.573 million shares of Shenzhen Sanda to ECE Investment through a non-public agreement transfer and transfer 22.6795 million shares of Shenzhen Sanda to CLP Taiji through a non-disclosure agreement transfer. CLP Electric Investment and CLP Taiji have signed supplementary agreements.
