*ST Miku announced that after the restructuring of the company's major assets, the original debt guarantee for Jinghan Real Estate and its subsidiaries was passively linked. On November 14, 2025, the court decided to accept the company restructuring case. On December 16, the court ruled to approve the “Reorganization Plan”, and the company entered the execution stage. On December 19, the associated secured creditor Cinda Asset Management promised to transfer 10,800 shares of the trust beneficiary property rights to the company. The restructuring investors invested a total of 52.887 million yuan to resolve related guarantee matters. Related guarantee claims totaled 1,157 billion yuan. They were settled through methods such as transfer of shares by the controlling shareholder, reorganization of the investor's share subscription, cash payment, and transfer of rights from Cinda Asset Management. After settlement, the company no longer assumes guarantee liability.
