Sinochem International announced that the 14th meeting of the 10th board of directors of the company reviewed and passed a number of proposals. These include agreeing to the “Proposal on Joint Ventures and Related Transactions between Sinochem Plastics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and related parties”. Sinochem Plastics Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, will establish Sinochem Polycarbonate Sales Co., Ltd. in Liaocheng, Shandong through cash funding to establish a new joint venture with registered capital of 5 million yuan. Luxi Chemical, Cangzhou Dahua, and Sinochem Plastics will invest 2.55 million yuan, 1.5 million yuan, and 950,000 yuan respectively.
