EU Green-lights KKR, SSCP's Joint Ownership of Infobric

07:01 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission said Monday it cleared KKR and SSCP Build Holdings' joint ownership of Sweden-based SSCP Build HoldCo, or Infobric. The deal, mainly relating to the provision of software for the construction sector, would not raise competition concerns due to the involved companies' limited combined market position upon closing, according to the commission.
