Recently, Zhuoran Shuzhi, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and owners Fang Dongjing Green Energy, Inner Mongolia Dongjing Zhongke New Material Technology Co., Ltd., EPC General Contractor Shanxi Installation officially signed the “General Contracting Contract for Inner Mongolia Dongjing Zhongke New Materials Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 1.2 million tons of PBAT biodegradable polyester project”. The “Supplementary Agreement” signed this time further clarifies the total amount of orders received by Zhuoran Digital Intelligence under this project under the original contract cooperation model. According to the “Supplementary Agreement”, Zhuoran Digital Intelligence will undertake the supply of equipment. The total amount of the agreement is estimated to be about 4,033 billion yuan, accounting for 142.09% of the company's audited revenue in 2024.
